More Information
We created SUGL after recognising how few opportunities exist for adults to continue or take up gymnastics after they leave school. Our mission is to make gymnastics accessible, social, and sustainable for adults across Scotland.
Despite a growing interest in the sport among university students and young adults, opportunities for participation in adult gymnastics remain extremely limited. SUGL was created by a collective of Scottish university gymnastics clubs to address this gap. Our mission is to make adult gymnastics more accessible, inclusive, and sustainable by establishing a structured league that offers regular competitions, education, and community building opportunities.
SUGL provides a platform for adult gymnasts across multiple disciplines, including artistic, acrobatic, tumbling and disability gymnastics allowing athletes of all backgrounds and experience levels to take part in high quality events and development opportunities.
